Arbot Road Development Features a Spectacular View

JE Anderson has been busy with doing the civil engineering and land surveying design (pinning and house layouts) for a subdivision on Arbot Road, near Vancouver Island University. At the top of a steep hill, this development features spectacular views, but the steep grade proved challenging in laying out homes on the 19 lots. The development will be a combination of single-family and multifamily homes.

“We’re seeing houses being built as part of Phase 1 right now,” said Jeff Tomlinson at JE Anderson. “This was a fun project to work on, due to the challenging terrain. Housing like this is needed in this part of Nanaimo.”
