Project: Fully Serviced 35-Lot Subdivision
Challenges: The natural topography and interface with existing properties and residences required individual lot grading and servicing plans to ensure that the finished product worked well for existing residents. In addition, the drainage from the site entered sensitive watercourses and required that the flows be similar to pre-development and suitable for discharge. The project was a phased development that required a large amount of collaboration and consultation with the local and provincial government staff.
