J.E. Anderson & Associates’ land surveyors and engineers have been working on the RailYards development, a multi-phase condo and townhouse complex in Victoria to be built in three phases over the next decade or so.
The Lefevre & Company development, close to the Galloping Goose Trail, will include three residential buildings up to nine storeys tall with a combined 144 condo and townhome units.
The building currently under construction is called “The Horizon” and features 34 condos and six “skyhomes” (2-level townhouses). This woodframe building is situated between Tyee and Central Spur roads at Gaudin Road.
J.E. Anderson’s surveying team has been working on the construction layouts and doing the strata plan, while their engineering colleagues have taken care of all work related to site servicing, including utilities and frontage improvements.
“We have worked in conjunction with the project team, including architects, landscape architects, and the City to facilitate moving ahead as seamlessly as possible,” said Ross Tuck, P.Eng., Principal at J.E. Anderson’s Victoria office.
